How To Use Castor Oil For Endometriosis?
Castor oil can be used for endometriosis by making a castor oil pack at home, which is easy and inexpensive. Here’s how!
- Take some castor oil in a container and thoroughly soak a soft cloth or towel in it.
- Wait until the cloth is fully saturated with oil and place it on your abdomen. Make sure you are lying down with a towel underneath to prevent spills and stains. Wearing old pajamas that you don’t really care about will work great.
- Wrap the cloth or towel on your abdomen with plastic wrap or clingfilm. Finally, place a heating pad or hot water bottle over it. Leave it on for 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Relax or practice yoga wearing a weighted eye pillow or eye mask to help situate your attention inward.
- After an hour, remove the castor oil pack and gently massage any leftover oil into the skin. Store the pack in an airtight ziplock bag or the refrigerator for future use, which you can do up to 30 times.
