Why Use Oil Blends?

Well, the answer is pretty simple. You can easy make these at home and they play a vital role. Essential fatty acids and vitamins in these blends help deeply moisturize and nourish the skin.

1. Coconut & Castor Oil Blend

This one works best to relieve winter worries—itchy, flaky, tight, or uncomfortable skin.

Just combine the deep-moisturizing properties of coconut oil with the hydrating and healing benefits of castor oil, and add the goodness of lauric acid, vitamin E, and healthy fats. How much? 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp cold-pressed castor oil, and 2-3 drops lavender essential oil (for fragrance).

You can make and store it for quite a long time. And whenever you wish to use it, warm the mix a bit and apply a small amount to clean, damp skin. Then, massage gently in circular motions so it gets absorbed.

2. Jojoba & Tea Tree Oil Blend

Do you know what mimics your skin’s natural oil? Yeah, that’s right, it’s jojoba oil. Moreover, you can use it as a base for acne-prone skin. And for these benefits!

But don’t use it as is. Mix it with tea tree oil for a blend, and you’ll get powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help control breakouts in oily to combination skin. Mix about 2 tbsp organic jojoba oil, 3-5 drops tea tree essential oil, and 1 drop of rosemary oil for inflammation (optional).

You should use this blend after cleansing. Apply a few drops to your face using clean fingers or a cotton pad. Practise it 2–3 times a week, and see the magic happen!

Pro Tip: Don’t overdo the tea tree oil—it’s powerful and can irritate skin if it is too concentrated!

3. Rosehip & Vitamin E Oil Blend

Want a natural glow without makeup? Then this one is for you! Rosehip seed oil is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin A, which helps brighten skin and fade dark spots. You can blend it with a Vitamin E capsule to promote healing and hydration.

Take 1 tbsp rosehip seed oil, 1 vitamin E capsule (or ½ tsp vitamin E oil), and 2 drops frankincense essential oil (optional for anti-aging). Mix them together and store in a bottle of your choice.

Apply this blend at night as a serum. Focus on dull areas and uneven patches, and you’ll wake up to noticeably softer, more radiant skin.

Pro Tip: This combo is also helpful for healing scars and fine lines!

4. Grapeseed & Geranium Oil Blend

The application is as simple as the recipe! Massage 2–3 drops into clean skin in the morning. Surprisingly, it doubles as a makeup primer too! This one’s a personal favorite of ours when summer humidity makes everything feel heavy.
